I can say this for my entire family - We are all dippers. When my daughter was little (and she still does it now at 29) I had to give her at least 3 ramekins of dipping sauces with her dinner. She needed a variety to dip! Now my grand daughter Brooke does the same thing. I guess the saying, "The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree" really means something in our family.
I guess you can call me the big dipper!
I made this dipping sauce to go with my Baked Sweet Potato Chips and it was so yummy I am saving some to add on my poached eggs for breakfast - just sayn'
Enjoy
Add eggs in a mixing bowl and start whisking. Add in lemon juice and salt while whisking.
Continue whisking while slowly adding in avocado oil. Whisk for 2 minutes.
Add in sriracha and whisk to combine. Dip and Enjoy.
