We grew up enjoying warm rice pudding for dessert. My Nana loved keeping it warm on the stove for us and for he too! It was one of her favorites and my our family still gets excited over warm rice pudding.

Whisk the egg in a small bowl then mx it into the pan. Stir in coconut sugar. Let cook for about 10 minutes. Add in cinnamon and vanilla.
Let cook until thick and creamy; about 7 minutes. Keep warm until ready to enjoy.
