I wanted to make a snack "cookie" that hubby and I could share after our walk on the beach with Jake.  I could have made more cookies but I thought one big one was kind of romantic to share!  You will make 2 large cookies with this recipe.

I just LOVE chia seeds and making pudding.  Together this is a perfect Paleo snack anytime! Just shake it all in your jar, cover, refrigerate overnight and enjoy!  I love to add a spoonful of almond butter on top.  Go ahead and try it!

I recently had a custard milkshake and was inspired to make this shake!  I am in love with it...  I couldn't find custard powder but was able to order on ~

I love my protein shakes and was at our local natural store and found bone broth protein and went on his website and I am really enjoying in my daily smoothies.

I am sure custard power is not paleo but I don't care!

PS I have also made this by adding in a few frozen blueberries!

When I made my second batch I put in small canning jars so after my Crossfit workout I just gave the jar a shake, sprinkled extra cinnamon and added pumpkin seeds. yum… Now off to start my day…..
