This recipes is so yummy and the perfect comfort food. I served with riced cauliflower and topped with a little coconut oil.
Take about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and heat a large sauté pan over medium heat.
Add about 2-3 cloves of minced garlic then top with the riced cauliflower. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for about 5-6 minutes string gently with a wooden spoon to coat the garlic and seasoning.
