Paleo Tuscan Crackers

OMG Paleo Crackers!  I was so excited on how amazing these came out.  We enjoyed these crackers with my Kale, Bacon and Artichoke Dip.  Go ahead and make these.



  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 large eggs


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F.

  2. In a large bowl add in almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, oregano and sage.  Use a fork to combine all ingredients well.

  3. In a small bowl whisk eggs then add into the dry ingredients and combine then use your hand to knead for about 2-3 minutes until you form the dough easily.

  4. Lay a piece of parchment paper over a large baking sheet and place dough in the center.  Spread out starting with your hands then place another piece of parchment and press until you have a  nice even layer about 1/8 inch.

  5. With the parchment paper on top slice into your cracker shapes.  I used my pizza wheel which worked great but a sharp knife will be fine as well.  Remove the top piece of parchment paper.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Cool completely then enjoy!

    Store in a sealed container.
