Directions for the donuts:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl whisk eggs then add in brown sugar and mix well. Add in pumpkin puree and combine together.
Add in cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, vanilla, salt, baking powder and oil. Then combine flour and mix until thoroughly combined.
Lightly brush the donut pan with coconut oil.
Fill each donut mold about 3/4 full. Bake for 14-16 minutes. Let cool for about 3 minutes then place on a cooling rack.
Directions for the glaze:
Combine well and using a spoon drizzle over each donut!
