Dijon Mustard Dill Dressing

I just love this dressing and it goes perfect with salmon!  I even drizzle over pork and steak.  Keeps great for 5 days in the refrigerator.



  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


  1. Add all ingredients into a jar then cover and shake, shake, shake!  Drizzle over your salad.
