Cajun Artichoke Sauce


  • 1 box frozen or 1 can artichokes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Healthy Solutions Spice Blends- Cajun seafood seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  1. Add artichokes pan with olive oil, salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning and lemon juice. Saute mixture for 5 minutes.

  2. Take sauteed artichokes and put it into a blender. Add a cup of chicken or vegetable broth and add 1 teaspoon of olive oil into mixture.

  3. Puree mixture until smooth.

  4. Sprinkle with Cajun seasonings before serving!
