Brussels Sprouts on the EGG®

I like to heat the grill pan on the EGG® so it is nice and hot to start grilling the Brussels Sprouts.


  • 2 1/2 pounds fresh brussel sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 3/4 teaspoons freshly ground pepper


  1. Rinse brussel sprouts, let dry in a colander then cut off the stub at the end of each sprout. Take a large bowl and toss brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper.

  2. Heat the EGG® and bring the temperature to 450 degrees.

  3. Prepare an EGG® safe pan.

  4. Take the pan and sit on the EGG® for 5 minutes (to heat up the pan).

  5. Open lid and toss the brussel sprouts in the hot pan and let roast for about 15 minutes. Toss every 5 minutes.

  6. Transfer to a serving dish and Enjoy.

    Note: Drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar right before serving!
