I just love pancakes and these are so easy and fluffy! Really..... Give these paleo pancakes a try! So yummy.....
PS: Try adding a little almond butter in them too!
In a mixing bowl add bananas and mash well using a fork. Add in eggs and whisk into the bananas.
Add in protein, flour and to combine into the batter.
Fold in chocolate chips or blueberries (or keep just the batter).
Heat a grill pan to medium-high and coat with butter, ghee or coconut oil.
Once very hot add in a 1/4 cup of batter to the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until brown.
Add more butter, ghee or oil as needed. Top with maple syrup.
