My Creamy Banana Strawberry Split Smoothie is filled with protein and chia seeds for a great healthy drink!  You can even top with a cherry before you enjoy!  I think I will just do that.

I always have a frozen banana in my freezer along with frozen fruit.  We have an ice cream place right down the street from our lake house and I decided to make this smoothie to enjoy in the heat...

BTW - My sister Annmarie gave me these adorable jars on a stand! They are perfect for my smoothies! And perhaps other drinks as well.. Thanks Annie.. xo

Custard Protein Shake

Custard Protein Shake

I recently had a custard milkshake and was inspired to make this shake!  I am in love with it...  I couldn't find custard powder but was able to order on ~

I love my protein shakes and was at our local natural store and found bone broth protein and went on his website and I am really enjoying in my daily smoothies.

I am sure custard power is not paleo but I don't care!

PS I have also made this by adding in a few frozen blueberries!
