If you do not have a slow cooker then this is an investment well worth it.  I love myHamilton Beach slow cooker and mine clips to travel.  Everyone gets excited when you show up with a slow cooker!  There has to be something yummy in there..

My husband and I entertain often and we just love it… However, as an Italian I am always worried about not having enough food – Are you like that too? I had picked up some leeks (I don’t remember why at that time) and I always have white or orange sweet potatoes in my house.

Last minute I decided to make a soup. Normally I hand out a cocktail when company arrives but this time I gave everyone a little taste of my soup! Went over perfect – then the drinking began.

This is a great chicken recipe perfect for everyday to gourmet.  I found out at 3pm that we were  having dinner guests for 7pm.  I was at my grocery store and with a smile asked him to debone a whole chicken for me!  Of course he said!  In that time I was able to gather my remaining ingredients!  Super yummy dinner and extremely easy...  One pot meal are the best.......
