My date crusted pumpkin pie is the perfect Paleo and Gluten Free way to end a delicious Thanksgiving dinner! And it is good for you!! Date Nut Bread

I like to make this in mini-loaf pans. Leave one out and freeze the rest.

Dijon Rack of Lamb on The BGE with Mint Sauce

I saw the most beautiful rack of lamb (Is that weird that I think a piece of meat is beautiful). We are addicted to our EGG® and this rack of lamb came out perfect! We were outside planing our Mums and I saw all of the mint growing so I decided to make a quick mint sauce. So yummy. I also roasted acorn squash (link recipe here) but I cut it i quarters. Amazing dinner!

This recipe also follows the paleo diet and is gluten free! Enjoy…

Dover Sole Piccata

Dover Sole Piccata

I just love chicken, veal but mostly Dover Sole Piccata!  The best part about serving Dover sole piccata at your dinner party is that it looks fancy and the name is exciting to say as it sounds gourmet.  This is so easy to prepare and you can make it in advance by just doing a quick sear on each side and place in a baking dish then cover and refrigerate.  When ready to serve just bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes and serve!
