Everyday to Gourmet - Episode 4: March 11th, 2014

In this episode of everyday to gourmet Cindy makes the Italian classic chicken milanese. She generously seasons the chickens and adds bread crumbs and pecorino cheese. After that she starts the side dish of sautéd kale, swiss chard, spinach with seasoning. The best part is that she uses the same pan for everything to make this dish incredibly convenient. The ending to this great lunch is an Italian lemon cornmeal cake topped with a blueberry compote.
