Kyocera Chef's Knife Review

My Kyocera Chef’s Knife is one-of-a-kind. The blade is made out of zirconium oxide, lasting 10 times longer than your average blade. This also makes it so you don’t have to sharpen it all the time, which I find I am constantly having to do with the rest of my knives. I’ve had mine for about a year and so far there’s not one spot of rust on it! Some knives are really awkward to handle but within minutes I was able to get the hang of using it. When having to prepare a huge meal with a new knife, you don’t want to have to spend unnecessary amounts of time getting used to it so this is the perfect fit. It’s “8 making it ideal for cutting into any kind of fruit, vegetable or boneless meat. I even used this on a meat with the bone and its easy-maneuver handle made it a breeze. I just love my Kyocera Chef’s knife!
