White Sangria

  • 2 bottles dry white wine
  • 1 large grapefruit, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 2 tangerines, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 1 pear, cored and sliced
  • 1 apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 cup fruit nectar
  • 1 bunch fresh mint leaves, reserving some for garnish
  • 1 bottle sparkling water


  1. Combine ingredients except sparkling water. Refrigerate for at least two hours, or overnight. Spoon some fruit into glasses and top with a splash of sparkling water, garnish with mint.

  2. Freeze sliced pears in a bag and put in glasses before pouring sangria.

    Note: Keep fresh fruit frozen for drinks such as processo or white wine.
