Watermelon Mint Salad

Everyone loves watermelon in the summer time!  Enjoy this refreshing salad..  


  • 4 cups watermelon, chopped
  • 1 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups seedless grapes, halved
  • 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped


  1. Add chopped watermelon to a large bowl.  Add in halved tomatoes and grapes. Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. 

  2. In a small bowl whisk extra vigrin olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, salt, mint and basil together.  DRizzle over watermelon salad and serve.
