Sweet Sunshine Baby Back Ribs

My husband request ribs for dinner and I thought it was a brilliant idea.  I am working on a  Paleo Italian Cookbook and focus is very important.  I decided use my Sweet Sunshine  sauces and just keep in the oven all day until they just break apart off the bone.

While at the butcher asking about how much to get he suggested 1/2 rib per person.  Therefore, I got 1 rib for the two of us.
If you don’t have sweet sunshine sauce then you need to get some or use what you love or have handy!

  • 1/2 rib per person
  • Your favorite sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees F
Take a large baking sheet and line with foil (for easy clean up)
  2. Lay the ribs on the baking sheet (cut in half to fit if needed)

  3. Pour about 1/4 cup on each 1/2 rib and brush to coat.

  4. Place in the oven uncovered for 2 hours.

  5. Take them out of the oven and brush a little more on each rib then cover with foil - Do not press just lay it on top of the ribs.

  6. Place in the oven for 2 more hours

  7. Brush with a little more sauce then lower heat to 180 degrees and bake for 2 more hours.
Place any extra sauce in a bowl for dipping and enjoy
