Sriracha Creamy Shrimp Cocktail

This is a quick and easy appetizer. If you keep frozen cooked shrimp in your freezer, just take it out the night before or if you need it sooner just add the bag in a bowl of cold water! Don't we all have sriracha in our refrigerator?


  • 1/2 cup paleo mayonnaise (recipe on blog)
  • 1 lime, juiced (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp (fresh or frozen)


  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, sriracha, sea salt and green onions together

  2. Lay out your shrimp on a platter or add to a glass, then place the creamy sriracha in the center.

  3. To make this appetizer extra special, drizzle a little sriracha and green onions over the shrimp before serving!
