Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line baking sheet with with parchment paper.
Combine the water, flour, and garlic powder in a bowl and stir until well combined.
Coat the cauliflower pieces with the flour mixture and place on the baking sheet; bake for 20 minutes.
While the cauliflower is baking, combine the hot sauce and butter in a small bowl.
After 20 minutes brush cauliflower with hot sauce mixture and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Paleo Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews, soaked overnight drained
- 1 cup can coconut milk, whole fat
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
Directions
- In a mini food processor, use the “grind” setting to reduce the cashews to a fine / sand-like texture, then use the normal setting to get a paste-like, spreadable texture.
- Begin to add the coconut a little at a time, scraping the sides down when needed, and blend until you have a smooth paste. This will take several minutes. Once the mixture is smooth, add the rest of the coconut milk and the lemon juice, then blend to combine.
- Add the seasonings and fresh herbs and blend until combined / smooth.
