My easy smoked salmon platter is perfect for entertaining or Sunday brunch! Either way it will be a hit. This also follows the paleo diet!
Arrange salmon slices on large platter.
Mix sour cream and dill in small bowl to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spoon sour cream mixture in center of salmon or serve it in a bowl to the side.
Sprinkle capers over salmon and season with black pepper. Serve!
