Shrimp with Lemon, Garlic and Parsley

Are you looking for a super easy, delicious appetizer that will make your guests to WOW!  Always keep a bag of frozen shrimp in your freezer.  You can also enjoy with pasta (spaghetti squash) to make it a meal.  

We make this appetizer all summer long at the lake and it's a big hit.




  • 2-3 cups frozen shrimp, thawed (cold)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes


  1. Place the shrimp in a bowl then add in all other ingredients.  Toss and serve!  How easy is that...
