Heat oven to 250 degrees F. In a shallow dish combine almond, seafood seasoning, salt and pepper. Add the tilapia and lightly coat each side.
In a large sauté pan heat coconut oil over medium-high heat. Shake off any excess seasoned almond flour and place in the skillet. Brown on both sides, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Place tilapia on a baking sheet that is lined with a parchment paper or paper towels and keep warm in the oven while you prepare the sauce.
Lower the temperature to the pan the tilapia was cooked to low and add the butter. Once the butter is melted, add the garlic and lemon juice and sauté for about 2 minutes.
Place the fillets on serving plates or a platter, top with the sauce and serve with your favorite side salad.
Homemade Vinaigrette Directions:
Combine the first five ingredients and using a whisk combine well. Slowly add in olive oil. You can also add all ingredients into a canning jar and shake well.
