No-Bake Apple Cherry Paleo Bars

I was at the market and love the selection of dried fruit.  I am always looking for an afternoon snack at 3:00pm when preparing my green tea!  This no-bake recipes is perfect and if a great paleo recipe for anytime especially for on-the-go!  Enjoy



  • 14 medjool dates, pits removed (about 2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup dried apples
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • 4 tablespoons raw almonds
  • 3 tablespoons raw pecans
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 3 tablespoons raw honey
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon


  1. Add dates, apples, cherries, almonds and pecans in your Hamilton Beach  food processor.   Pulse until all ingredients are in small chunks but not ground.

  2. Add almond butter, honey and cinnamon in food processor and pulse until combined well.

  3. Take a baking sheet and line with parchment paper.  Using a spatula take mixture out of food processor and spread evenly on prepared baking sheet and shape you want the bars.

  4. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour then you can cut and either fold in parchment paper or wrap in clear wrap.
