Looking for a perfect salad for your spring ladies luncheon – Give my Nicoise Salad a try!
In a large bowl add tuna, artichoke, olives and peppers. Add olive oil 1 tablespoon at a time and combine together.
Break apart lettuce and form a layer on your platter or divide into serving bowls.
Add quartered boiled egg, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers then add the tuna mixture and top with capers.
You can drizzle with additional olive oil
Enjoy with your friends sitting outside on a beautiful day!
Cooks Note: You can add any other vegetables. I like to add thinly sliced red onion and anchovies!
