Many restaurants offer a mixed grill in Tuscany. My husband and I would order 2 meals and share to try more food. We always loved to experiment with the mix grill and the anchovy sauce adds so much flavor.
1n small bowl combine the herbed lemon oil. Cover and set aside. Heat outdoor grill or indoor grill pan over medium-high heat.
In a large platter lay the sausages, chicken, and steaks then drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the sausage for about 12 minutes turning a few times. Grill the chicken for about 12 minutes and the steak depending on how you like the wellness grill for about 7-9 minutes. Place on a platter and tent with foil.
In your food processor add all of the anchovy sauce ingredients until smooth. Put into a bowl.
To serve slice the sausage into thirds, the chicken and steak into slices and place on a large platter. Drizzle with herb lemon oil.
Place a bowl of anchovy sauce on the platter with a spoon for individual servings.
