M.E.L.T. Post Workout Smoothie with Greens

Today, Monday, March 8th I am starting the 20 pounds in 7 week challenge at M.E.L.T.  I am using the M.E.L.T. 30 Green.

I will be sharing my journey in a blog post soon and talk about why I am doing this challenge and what it means to  me!

Joe recommends Fage Greek yogurt but I am dairy free and use So Delicious!

 

Ingredients

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut water (or water)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 heaping tablespoon raw almond butter (no salt)
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup yogurt (Greek or SoDelicious)
  • 1 scoop protein (i used vanilla)
  • 1 scoop M.E.L.T. 30 Green

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients in your blender.  Blend on high until smooth then enjoy after your workout.
