Try this delicious Italian Style Pizza with Almond Meal Crust. A great Italian Recipe and Paleo Recipe all in one delicious pizza!!
Preheat your oven to 350 degree F.
Using a spoon mix all crust ingredients together until it becomes very thick.
Using your hands, form the dough into a ball.
Lightly grease a pizza pan or a baking sheet with olive oil or line with parchment paper.
Place the ball of dough in the center of your baking sheet or pizza pan and using your hands, push and pat the dough down into the shape of a circle or the shape of your cookie sheet. You want to make the dough as thin as possible. Your pizza will be about 12 inches across.
Bake the crust in your pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.
Add a teaspoon of olive oil to your saute pan and set to medium heat. Cut the sausage into bite size pieces and cook until brown. About 8 minutes. Remove from pan and place on a plate with a paper towel. Add the peppers in the pan for 3 minutes, just to soften up a little but not cook all the way.
Remove crust from the oven and evenly spread the marinara sauce over the crust.
Add the sauce evenly over the crust. Next add the sausage, mushroom, peppers and tomatoes then bake for 20 minutes.

NOTE: You can add any of your favorite toppings such as green onions or even add other Italian spices including red pepper flakes to spice it up a little!
