Italian Roasted Salmon

I love salmon so when we have it during the week I get a pound for the 2 of us.  Then there is enough for me to add into my eggs in the morning or over a salad for lunch.  

Super easy, super healthy and super yummy!  Enjoy


  • 1 pound salmon, wild caught
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasonings


  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.

  2. Place salmon skin side down in a baking dish.  Drizzle olive oil then season with salt, pepper and Italian seasonings.

  3. Roast for 12-14 minutes; let rest for a few minutes then enjoy!
