Kids just love honey/mustard and this recipe is perfect for a busy family as a weeknight dinner. I served over a salad and it was perfect. I will admit that while eating I was also dipping in Dijon Mustard and added it in my salad dressing. So good...
Set tilapia on a large plate.
In a small bowl add in Dijon mustard, garlic, oil, honey, salt and pepper then whisk together. Coat all slices of fish with mixture; cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
In a large plate or baking dish add flour, salt and pepper.
Heat about 2 tablespoons of oil in a large sauté pan (If you don't have one big enough do this is batches and add 1 tablespoon of oil for each batch). Let the oil get nice and hot.
Take the fish coated in the wet mixture and dredge lightly in the flour mixture.
Cook the first side for 3-4 minutes; until golden brown then using a fish spatula flip over and cook the other side for 3 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
