Grilled Pork Chop

Here a quick and tasty Paleo recipes!  Enjoy pork for dinner!


  • 1 1/2 lb Pork Cutlets
  • 2 Lemons juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper


  1. On a clean work board, place the cutlet between two sheets of wax paper and pound just enough to tenderize the meat. Season both sides with sea salt.

  2. Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, honey, and pepper in a small shallow bowl and mix well.

  3. Brush the pork with the mixture on both sides. Let marinade for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Preheat your outdoor or indoor grill. I liked using my indoor grill so I can save the juices.

  5. Remove the meat from the marinade (reserve the marinade) Grill and baste occasionally. To cook perfect - grill for 4-6 minutes per side.
