Float on the lake spiked Ice Tea!

  • 8 cups water
  • 7 tea bags, your favorite
  • 1 cup raw honey
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup rum
  • Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish


  1. Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add in the tea bags (letting the strings hang over) and let steep for 8 minutes

  2. Remove and discard the tea bags (give a little squeeze).

  3. Add honey into the tea and stir or whisk to combine well.

  4. Transfer to a large pitcher then add in lemon juice and rum.  Stir using a wooden spoon or spatula.

  5. Serve over ice in tall glasses or lake safe covered cups with a straw and garnish with fresh mint!
