Easiest Baked Chicken Legs

These chicken legs are so easy and delicious. You can follow the recipes below or use any of your favorite herbs.

I love using Gallopin' Gourmet Shake for this recipe and I also sprinkle some on my salad. All you have to do is shake until you coat the chicken - how easy is that!!


  • 4-6 organic or air-chilled chicken legs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika


  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Pat the chicken legs dry on a clean work surface.

  3. Brush to coat with olive oil or butter.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.

  5. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish and bake until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. (about 40-45 minutes)
