Cocktail Meatballs

These are perfect for any entertaining!  These will go fast so make plenty!  I serve out of the pot with toothpicks next to them for easy serving.



  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs (non-seasoned)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 freshly ground pepper
  • 1 can cranberry sauce, jellied
  • 1 jar chili sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

  2. In a bowl combine beef, onion, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper. Use a melon ball or tablespoon to form into small bite size meatballs.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay formed meatballs in an even layer.  Bake for 20 minutes

  4. In a large saucepan add in cranberry sauce and chili sauce then toss in the meatballs. Let simmer on medium-low for 10 minutes. Then set to low and cover until ready to serve.
