Cindy’s Salsa

Making salsa is always a yummy way to entertain! You can make this the day before of an hour before your guests arrive! Make an extra batch and add to your omelet or make a pasta dish! It also goes great over grilled steak. Just add few avocados! Make Cindy’s Salsa today!



  • 4 medium size tomatoes
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 serrano pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 limes juiced, (2 tablespoons)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)


  1. In a large bowl chop your tomatoes.

  2. Next chop peppers and onion.

  3. Combine the remaining ingredients and taste for additional seasonings.

  4. Let the salsa sit covered in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour so the flavors can combine. This can be made a day in advance.
