Cashew Parmesan Cheese

I can't believe how easy this vegan parmesan cheese is to make and it taste AMAZING!  



  • 3/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon organic garlic powder


  1. Add cashews, nutritional yeast, salt and garlic powder in your food processor.

  2. Pulse until a fine meal is developed.

  3. Keep in a sealed container refrigerated.  Will last for many weeks.
