Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line 18 regular size muffins.
In your mixer blend together salt and sugar (until creamed together)
Add your eggs one at a time (crack into a small bowl first in case you get any shells). Add vanilla, sour cream and milk - blend together.
In a separate bowl sift together all of the dry Ingredients, Mix on low together with the wet Ingredients
Fold in the blueberries, Fill in each lined cupcake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
