I found Black Bean Pasta at Shop Rite and decided to create a few recipes and we loved them all. I love the flavors together of this Asian black bean pasta and you can enjoy hot or cold.
Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until for 6 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a small mixing bowl combine 2 tablespoons sesame oil, honey, coconut aminios, balsamic vinegar and red pepper flakes and whisk together.
In a large sauté pan over medium heat add in 1 tablespoon sesame oil and peppers, snow peas and onion. Cook for about 2 minutes then add in garlic and toss around. Cook for another minutes.
Add pasta into the pot with the vegetables then toss in almonds and shredded carrot.
Pour dressing over and toss to combine. Serve warm or cold.
