Avocado stuffed burger with pancetta and drizzled with green goddess dressing on a Sweet Potato Bun

This recipe was inspired by the Avocado Madness Contest and got me to round 2.  I wanted to keep a Paleo theme and came up with this delicious recipe!  Go ahead and give it a try - It will be a winner at your house too!

It's a little time consuming but worth it!  The recipe starts by making the buns first!

Note: If you do not have a spiralizer you can use your food processor or a box grater and create the same bun by shredding.

Black Bean and Quinoa Burger

Black Bean and Quinoa Burger

I have found myself following a more Mediterranean diet due to some stomach issues I have been experiencing.  Not fun!  CAT scans, Ultra sounds, Endoscopy, Medications and still no resolution.  I have adjusted my diet just a little and I am feeling relief.  I just love quinoa and made a batch of beans.  I even made my Paleo Tortillas and it was the perfect match!  Enjoy this healthy burger!

Cajun Shrimp Burgers

While visiting my sisters for my niece Cayce’s college graduation from Baylor University we had a great time together. Cayce asked me if we could make something with fish together. After naming a few ideas we came up with Cajun Shrimp Burgers. Everyone here in Texas likes it hot…

It was great having some one-on-one time with Cayce as we made these yummy burgers. We made 5 with 1 pound of shrimp and while we were enjoying them it was mentioned that these would also make a great appetizer.

The cajun mayonnaise made these burgers even more amazing. We all loved this lunch together! Give this recipe a try…

Cooking Tip!  Heat your BGE to a medium-high temperature.  place your cast iron pan on the center of the grill.  Once hot add in a little oil then cook your shrimp burgers and enjoy.

Salmon Burger

This dish makes an appearance once a week in our house.  My husband loves salmon burgers and I usually serve over a large Greek salad.  When you are at the seafood counter (I just love Telly at City Fish) just ask them to remove the skin for you!  They will gladly do it for you..

I am also adding my recipes for a spicy aioli which is a must have to complete this paleo salmon burger!

Tuna Burger

We love our salmon burgers and Glenn asked me; "what if we made tuna burgers"?  I just loved the idea and went over to City Fish and picked up fresh tuna for these and WOW OMG they were amazing!  Go ahead and give it a try.  I even made an aioli which was perfect!  Enjoy this paleo recipe...   I served with a big salad loaded with vegetables and a seaweed salad!

We used the pan you see in the photo on the grill.  Glenn got the pan really hot and we brushed a little olive oil.

PS Before I forget to tell you..  Notice in the photo below.  Before I added in the other ingredients I took out some tune to make Jake a burger too!

Turkey Burgers with Spinach and Herbs

I love these turkey burgers. I recently served them with my pancetta braised cabbage recipe. These paleo recipes go very well together! I used frozen (thawed) spinach and dried herbs to make this burger easy but very favorable! Enjoy

Tuscan Turkey Burger

This is a mouthwatering Paleo recipe from my new cookbook !  I hope you have your copy and if you do please head over to Amazon and write a review!

When creating Tuscan flavors remember a few key elements. Tuscan flavors include a blend of fresh vegetables and herbs. Lightly sauté to bring out their flavors and textures. This will help you create true Tuscan dishes every time.

I love using ground turkey for my Tuscan burger. Go ahead and enjoy this flavorful burger on a chopped salad and enjoy!

Vegetable Stuffed Beef Burger

Vegetable Stuffed Beef Burger

Do you want to make a WOW.. Make my Vegetable Stuffed Beef Burger on your grill and wait for the look of surprise and excitement! I love to serve with a salad combined with baby kale, arugula and spinach topped with Italian dressing.

This recipe will make 8 perfect burgers! All of the ingredients came from D&D Market! The best Italian market in Connecticut..

Tip:  I am sure you heard this before but I will say it again!  Press your thumb in the middle of each burger (side up) before you place on the grill.  It does prevent the burger from expanding in the middle and your burger will cook the same from the middle to the edge.
