I was at my favorite fish market yesterday and Telly made sure he cut the perfect piece of Sea Bass for me! I created this Sauté Sea Bass with Pasta,  Artichokes,  Lemon and Herbs as I just knew the paring would be perfect.

This is a great Italian Paleo Recipe and Gluten Free Recipe for your family and your guests to enjoy! To really show presentation. Prepare the sauce in a beautiful pan and place the cooked fish on top and serve on the table. Serve family style!

If you are in the Hartford area there is only one seafood store you need to visit. All of the fish in this recipe are courtesy of my friends at City Fish, Wethersfield, CT.

I was watching the foodnetwork and Bobby Flay was making this recipe and OMG it looked so good but I wanted to make it a little healthier so this is what inspired me.  I just LOVE shallots and OMG was this side dish amazing. I served it with my Stuffed Turkey and enjoyed this dinner with my lake neighbors and hubby.  

My husband pared this dish with our favorite Peju wine!

Cindy's Note: You can make the shallots up to a day in advance and just store in the refrigerator until you made the spinach and kale.  (that is what I did)

Sauté White Fish and Greens

Meal preparation is easy if you are organized.  I love to make a few meals for the week and have them ready to pull out of the freezer in the morning and just warm to enjoy for dinner.

This recipe is perfect.  I just lightly brown both sides of the fish and slightly cook my greens.  I store in the refrigerator to enjoy within a day or 2 them just warm up in the pan for an easy dinner.  

It's really fun to be healthy!

I just love salmon! I was at the fish market here in Sturbridge, MA (near our lake house) and he had beautiful salmon. (Yes I said beautiful) and we normally only need a pound for the 2 of us but he had 2 pieces left that came to about 1.30 and I took it all thinking there would be some leftover for lunch! If you are in Sturbridge check out C&R fish market! He even has fresh seaweed salad and homemade seafood salad that is amazing!

I received a few bottles of Terry Delyssa olive oil.  I used their organic extra virgin olive oil in my vinaigrette and we loved it!  Thank you..  xo

I don't use cilantro often but thought it would be a great addition to my salmon and it was!  Give my Sautéed Salmon with Cilantro Vinaigrette recipe a try!  A great paleo recipe and gluten free but most of all this is delicious.  Enjoy

PS - I grilled the salmon but you can also use a large sauté pan!

This Scallop Scampi and Greens recipes was inspired by greens I had in the refrigerator and scallops I spotted at my fish market. I sometimes go into the fish store not knowing what I want but decide last minute when I spot seafood that may go with something I already have in my refrigerator.

This ended up being an amazing dinner but I forgot to take a picture of the final product. I guess I was so excited to eat it.. Next time!!
