Creamy Cauliflower Rice Pudding

We grew up enjoying warm rice pudding for dessert.  My Nana loved keeping it warm on the stove for us and for he too!  It was one of her favorites and my our family still gets excited over warm rice pudding.

I decided to try a Paleo version and was very surprised by the similar texture and flavor.  I use cauliflower in many of my recipes such as risotto, paella, arancini and even pizza crust.

I hope you enjoy this creamy dessert!

Creamy Salmon Piccata and Pasta

Crepes for Dessert

YUMMY! I just love crepes and they make a perfect dessert for Valentine's day. You can enjoy my traditional crepes recipe below or use Moon Rabbit Foods crepe mix. I just love their products and their crepes are just as amazing without the gluten. So now anyone can enjoy crepes for Dessert! (or anytime).

I also have a Le Creuset Crepe Pan that makes everyone perfect. If you don't have one you can use a medium size sauté pan.

One of my favorite toppings is just adding Bonne Maman - Strawberry Preserves

You can make these during the day and just wrap them up in foil and 15 minutes before you are ready to serve - just put in the oven at 225 degrees until they are warm! Enjoy

Crown Roast of Pork

Crown Roast of Pork

This is the perfect Paleo Recipe for any holiday or entertaining. Gather your family and friends for a delicious Paleo Dinner. I love making this beautiful roast. You can fill it with anything. If you live in Connecticut check out D&D Market on Franklin Street in Hartford. They are the best butcher in town and will crown the pork for you and they even have a couple of stuffing mixtures to pick from. Ask them for the booties too! If deciding how many ribs I would say the minimum is 12 to make the circle look amazing. But for a larger crowd you can go up to 16 ribs.

PS - I will be replacing this picture tomorrow as I am making one and it will be amazing… I wanted to get the recipe up for you tonight.

I have found myself to have daily visits to Joseph's Classic Market theses days and creating new recipes.

Not only do we have amazing markets here in Palm Beach Gardens but our farmers markets are spectacular spectacular and only 2 miles from my house each Sunday.  How perfect is that for me!  At the market I always go to Benders tent as they have everything I need and it's fresh.  The prices are great and it's per items so there is no waiting to weigh.  They had cubanella peppers 4 for $1.00.  Of course I got 4 and grilled 2 with our steak dinner.  Looking at the remaining 2 this dish came to me and I served it with sweet potato pasta!  YUMMY Paleo dinner....

I love my protein shakes and was at our local natural store and found bone broth protein and went on his website and I am really enjoying in my daily smoothies.

I am sure custard power is not paleo but I don't care!

PS I have also made this by adding in a few frozen blueberries!
