Some Responsibilities Include: (not limited to)

• Oversee and facilitate all aspects of meeting planning from site selection, catering, venue negotiation and contacting, event registration, marketing, onsite staffing.
• Coordinate travel, lodging and expenses for participants traveling to meetings if necessary.
• Oversee all aspects of event including staff, contractors, etc.
• Innovative and resourceful; actively seeks opportunities to improve events.
• Experienced at negotiating and building partnerships.
• Exceptional client service skills and enjoys working with the public.
• Superior attention to detail; first class organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
• High energy, positive, professional attitude, pride in work product.

How about a Corporate Wine Dinner? We will work with restaurants in your area and create the perfect experience for you.  Not only will we book, confirm, create the menu with the chef and work with the restaurants Sommelier to select wine that will pair esquisitly.  We will also stay in touch with both our client and restaurant up to the dinner party.  We will arrive early to ensure all of the details are executed and will stay to monitor the flow and keep the guests happy, engaged and follow any specific agenda such as speakers, awards or announcements.  

There is something special when we all sit around the table and enjoy wine with a perfect multi-course meal or small plates.  Enjoy a celebration with your team.
