Do you say "Lobster" or "Lobstah" ?? I am from the Boston area so we say "Lobstah" Either way it's still amazing!!
My family and I love lobster all year long but there is something about lobster in the summer. Growing up in New England we had fresh seafood all the time and everyone is always happy sitting around the table with fresh seafood.
I have to admit there is something special about a lobster roll with a grilled hot dog bun in the summer.
I never enjoy tossing out food. Don't you?? It really pains! The cost of food is so expensive and I really try to use everything I buy. Therefore on a daily basis I do a refrigerator and pantry check. I hate finding rotten vegetables in the way back of the refrigerator and just touching them makes my stomach turn. My husband has a habit of wrapping food up in foil. It really drives me crazy! I am always opening it up and either tossing it or repacking.
I haven't made or eaten sloppy joes in a very long time! When I told my neighbor that I would be bringing a big pot of sloppy joes over the first response from Bill was; "you are opening cans of manwich" Um No Bill (yuck) - I will be making homemade sloppy joes. One of their granddaughters came running around the corner saying; "I love sloppy joes".

When you think of grilling it's burgers, steaks or smoking pork. We made an amazing pasta dish. My take on Lasagna on the Big Green Egg. Using my 12 inch Cast Iron Pan was perfect for our family dinner.
