The first time I made these they vanished very fast..mostly from me eating them! Now you can find them on my counter on a regular basis, but I do share them!

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine palm shortening and coconut sugar and start to blend using a hand mixer or whisk. Then add in eggs, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla until smooth.
Add in almond flour and blend for 1 minute.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop cookie dough as balls in about a tablespoon size onto your prepared baking sheet. Bake for 13-14 minutes.
Let cool on a wire rack then serve on a platter!
