Here is a perfect herb thanksgiving gravy for your table! I used arrow root powder to make it a paleo recipe but you can use corn starch as well for the same result. Enjoy..
In your large sauce pan add chicken broth and arrow root powder and whisk until the powder is dissolved into the liquid. Turn on heat to medium.
Using a separator* pour pan drippings then remove top and pour into pan and bring to a boil whisking occasionally. Reduce to a simmer.
Add in rosemary, salt and pepper and keep warm.
Just before serving add in butter and let melt. This will make your gravy shinny and just lovely!
Note: You can also make this gravy in your roasting pan! Just remove turkey to rest. Place roasting pan over 2 burners on a medium high heat. Using a whisk to loosen all of the brown bits at the bottom of the pan. (You can remove any large vegetables). Whisk chicken broth and arrow root powder in a small bowl then add to pan. Add rosemary and salt, pepper and butter! Enjoy
