We love veal and enjoy grilling to perfection! We hope you love this recipe!
Cindy's Tip! I marinated the veal for 2 hours in the refrigerator then let them come to room temperature while the grill was heating up.
Lay veal loin chops on a platter. Generously drizzle both sides with olive oil. (2 tablespoons per veal loin chop)
In a small bowl add salt, pepper, Italian seasonings, rosemary and garlic. Mix together then rub both sides of the veal to coat evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Remove veal from refrigerator and bring to room temperature while heating your grill to a medium-high heat.
Take the loin chops with tongs and place on the middle of the grill. Grill each side for 3 minutes. (only flip once).
