Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted all natural peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup oats

Directions

    Preheat oven 400 F

  1. Combine wet ingredients together. Whisk dry ingredients together and mix into wet mixture to form a ball of dough.
  2. Roll out and shape (using a cookie cutter). Put onto a non-stick cookie tray or lightly greased one.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Turn off oven and allow the biscuits to cool in oven until crisp and hard.
  5. Store in airtight container.
