Grilled Center Cut Pork Chops with Grilled Peppers

Ingredients

  • 6 thin cut pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • Sea salt and Pepper
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 large green bell pepper

Directions

    Preheat outdoor (or indoor grill) to medium/high

  1. In large platter sprinkle each pork chop with garlic and onion powder.
  2. Brush each pepper with coconut oil then sprinkle sea salt and pepper
  3. Put peppers on the grill 5 minutes before the pork chops (peppers take longer)
  4. Grill pork chops for 4 minutes on each side (only flip once)
  5. Cut up peppers to serve with pork chops
