Grilled Center Cut Pork Chops with Grilled Peppers

Ingredients
- 6 thin cut pork chops
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- Sea salt and Pepper
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 large green bell pepper
Directions
Preheat outdoor (or indoor grill) to medium/high
- In large platter sprinkle each pork chop with garlic and onion powder.
- Brush each pepper with coconut oil then sprinkle sea salt and pepper
- Put peppers on the grill 5 minutes before the pork chops (peppers take longer)
- Grill pork chops for 4 minutes on each side (only flip once)
- Cut up peppers to serve with pork chops
