Mediterranean Weeknight Cooking

      The menu includes Mediterranean Chicken, Meat Muffins and Cucumber and Feta Bulger Salad.  Each dish will be prepared in class and enjoyed together. Bring containers for leftovers!

Knife Skills

Cindy will review knife skills then use the skills to create a few easy yet full of flavor recipes.  We will be cooking together French Onion Soup, Chopped Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing, Healthy Italian Dressing and Healthy Avocado Dressing.

Bring your sharp chefs knife, paring knife and lets take your cooking to a while new level.  Don’t forget containers for leftovers!

Paleo/Gluten Free Italian Night Sunday

Cindy will talk about the paleo diet and share some of her easy Italian recipes for your family Sunday dinner. The dishes prepared in class will include Creamy Spinach Butternut Squash Lasagna, Paleo Italian Meatballs and Italian Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms.  Bring container for leftovers!

Harvest Soups

Cindy will share three harvest soup recipes perfect for the fall and winter which we will prepare together.  The menu includes; Harvest Vegetables Soup, Pork Meatballs and Kale Soup and Carrots and Ginger Apple Soup.  Please bring containers for leftovers!

    Just saw you on better living. Im very interested in a few of your cooking classes. Do I just show up at the school on the dates of classes, or do I have to register somewhere else?
