Cook Once, Eat All Week

    Pick one day a week and cook your meals for the week. Cindy will share her tips and tricks on keeping the family healthy all week by eating home cooked meals. Together we will start with a roasted chicken and a mushroom ragout and Chicken Enchilada, then Asian chicken salad. Bring Containers!

  • Materials free $25 payable to teacher.

Italian Cooking

Cindy will share easy tips for cooking Italian in this hands on class. Together we will be preparing Butternut squash risotto, Italian Chicken with Tapenade and Gremolata then cannoli filling for you to take home and enjoy. Bring containers for leftovers!

 

Gluten Free

Don’t feel like are missing out on great food when Gluten Free. Cindy will share some of her everyday to gourmet dishes that are easy to make and your family or guests will enjoy. Bring Containers for left overs. Each student will receive a free copy of my eBook “The Art of Entertaining” A Gluten free cookbook with menus, recipes, and entertaining tips for every occasion. Together we will prepare roasted eggplant hummus, chicken pot pie with sweet potato souffle and nut-butter brownies.

Paleo Cooking

Cooking Paleo is gaining a lot of popularity by using organic and natural foods. Cindy will share some of her weeknight meals that you can make in a advance and enjoyed by the entire family. Each student will receive a free copy of my eBook “The Art of Entertaining” A Paleo / Gluten Free cookbook with menus, recipes and entertaining tips for every occasion. Together we will make Meaty Breakfast Cups, Paleo Meatballs, Paleo Zucchini Carbonara with Chicken and Artichokes.

 

Easy Entertaining

Entertaining can be easy and Cindy will teach you how to plan and prepare in advance for your next dinner party without the stress. We will prepare, mushroom and Italian sausage Marsala with grilled polenta, chicken Milanes and baked ziti with sausage.

    Just saw you on better living. Im very interested in a few of your cooking classes. Do I just show up at the school on the dates of classes, or do I have to register somewhere else?
