A post-work-out lunch for friends starts with creamy guacamole dip with fresh cilantro and cucumber for dipping. Cindy would make her grandmother proud with her take on an Italian specialty: Braciole. Fresh baby spinach, roasted red peppers and Italian herbs are wrapped in tender flank steak and simmered in Nana’s classic, red sauce. On Saturday, February 2nd, 2013 Cindy Anschutz appeared on NBC Connecticut with weekend morning anchor Shirley Chan for a live cooking segment.
